What is Back of the Bay Boutique?

Back of the Bay Boutique is your go-to destination for carefully curated coastal-inspired fashion and accessories. With several locations in Southwest Florida, we bring a laid-back yet sophisticated vibe to every collection.

Where is Back of the Bay Boutique located?

We are proudly based in Southwest Florida, with three locations in Naples and one on Sanibel Island. Our boutiques are inspired by the breezy, relaxed lifestyle of ocean-side living.


Orders & Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. 

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is FREE within the U.S. 


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

To begin the return process, please email us at sales@backofthebayboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do you offer exchanges?

We process exchanges as returns, meaning, if you need a different size or color, simply follow our return process by emailing us at sales@backofthebayboutique.com, then place a NEW order for the item you'd like instead. Your return will be refunded to your original payment method minus $10 return shipping fee. Your new order will be processed as it comes in. This allows us to fulfill your new order ASAP rather than waiting on your return to be processed.


Products & Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

Most of our collections fit true to size unless otherwise noted. If you're still unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer care team.

Are your items true to size?

While most of our clothing is true to size, each fit may vary by style. We include specific notes for each product to help guide your selection.

What size does your model wear and how tall is she?

For reference, our Lulu-B model is 5'3" and wears a size XS.

Do I need an account to order?

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorite items, and enjoy faster checkout.
